What is the rental car duration and return policy?
The daily rate includes a 24-hour car rental, with a 1-hour grace period for returning the car. After 3 hours, the equivalent of half a day's rental will be charged.
What happens to the car's fuel upon return?
The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel, as it was delivered. If fuel is missing upon return, the cost of refueling will be charged.
Who is responsible for traffic violations during the rental period?
The tenant is responsible for any traffic violations he or she may be subject to.
What documentation is required in case of theft, robbery, accident or collision?
